Striking Aposematism: Green (14x11 acrylic on canvas)
A Green and Black specie of poison dart frog “Striking a pose” in a black void. The vibrant green is regular (not neon) acrylic paint, built up slowly against the dark black void to give a glow. Similar to how the Frog’s diet of bugs containing micro toxins build up its poisonous skin.
Did you know? Poison Dart frogs are incredibly small. Most hardly bigger than a thumb nail, yet, are considered to be some of the most poisonous creatures on the planet. That’s power.
