“Aposematism” refers to nature using vibrant colors to signify toxic danger. The frog is in limbo between liquid and solid. The liquid being the “Batrachotoxin” found in poison dart frog species. Are you optimistic? The 2 way drips (down AND up) leaves the viewer to decided whether the frog is forming or melting. The pattern of the puddles, if fully melted would visually represent the organic structure of the toxin. This is the first entry of the series.
